    Every now and then I see someone online acting like peptides can replace good training. I can’t imagine that’s actually true.

    I don’t think so either. If the training and nutrition aren’t there, I don’t see how any peptide is going to make up for that.

    The way I look at it, recovery is where they might have the biggest role. If you can recover better, you can train more consistently.

    Consistency is probably the key word. Most of the progress I’ve made over the years came from sticking with a routine, not finding some magic shortcut.

    Exactly. I like experimenting with new things, but I still think sleep, protein, and training do most of the heavy lifting.

    It’s funny because every few years there’s something that’s supposed to change everything. Then a year later people are back to saying the basics matter most.
