  • Retatrutide vs Tirzepatide: If you could only choose one, which would it be and

I’ve used both and have spent way too many hours reading the research, but I’m curious what everyone else’s real-world experience has been.

If you had to choose only one to use long-term, which would you pick?

    I’m interested in hearing about:

    • Weight loss
    • Appetite suppression
    • Energy levels
    • Side effects
    • Cost
    • Ease of staying on treatment

Research is great, but real experiences are valuable too. Tell us why you made your choice.

I’ll kick things off with my own experience.

I’ve used both Tirzepatide and Retatrutide.

For me, Tirzepatide has noticeably stronger appetite suppression. Even after increasing my Retatrutide dose, I still found myself thinking about food more than I did on Tirzepatide.

On the other hand, I feel like I have more energy on Retatrutide, which has made sticking to my workouts and staying active easier.

One interesting side effect I had with Retatrutide was skin sensitivity when I reached around 5 mg/week. It wasn’t painful, but my skin felt unusually sensitive to touch. Fortunately, it gradually disappeared after a few weeks.

Because appetite control wasn’t quite as strong for me, I’ve been stacking a low dose of Cagrilintide with Retatrutide, and that combination has worked very well.

Everyone seems to respond a little differently, so I’m interested to hear what others have experienced. If you’ve tried both, which one would you choose, and why?
