There are a lot of peptide suppliers out there, and it can be hard to know who to trust.
What do you look for before placing an order?
COAs, third-party testing, reviews, communication, or something else? What has your experience been?

What does "Research Use Only" actually mean?
Almost every peptide supplier labels their products as “Research Use Only,” but many people aren’t sure what that actually means.

For me, Tirzepatide has noticeably stronger appetite suppression. Even after increasing my Retatrutide dose, I still found myself thinking about food more than I did on Tirzepatide.

- Appetite suppression
- Energy levels
- Side effects

Has anyone maintained weight loss after stopping Retatrutide?
One question that comes up a lot is whether people can maintain their results after stopping Retatrutide.

Did your appetite come back?
Were you able to maintain your weight?

What's one thing you wish you had known before starting peptides?
If you could go back to the day before you started researching or using peptides, what’s the one piece of advice you’d give yourself?
It could be about expectations, dosing, side effects, bloodwork, patience, diet, training, or anything else.
Hopefully, this thread will help people who are just getting started avoid some of the mistakes the rest of us made.
