Add a laboratory result
Laboratory ranges can change by method and lab. Preserve the exact unit and reference interval printed on each report instead of applying one online “optimal” range.

How to use the answer
Good trend data includes the testing conditions
A number without its unit, laboratory range and context can be misleading. Comparable timing and complete records make changes easier to interpret with a qualified clinician.
Preserve the original
Full PDF + exact unitsThe tracker is a summary. Keep the complete laboratory report as the primary record.
Record the context
Fasting, illness, trainingDraw time, hydration, exercise, medicines, hormones and supplements can change interpretation.
Compare like with like
Same method when possibleA method or unit change can create an apparent trend that is not biological.
Important limitations
What the number can—and cannot—tell you
Where are my results stored?+
Inside local browser storage on this device and browser profile. The page does not upload them to TalkingPeps. Clearing site data can erase them.
Can I move the data to another device?+
Use Export CSV, then keep the file in a secure location you control. This version does not import or synchronize medical data.
Does a high or low flag mean something is wrong?+
No. The flag only compares your number with the range you entered. Symptoms, method, biological variation and clinical context still matter.
